Visit by Ambassador Robert H. Frowick to NATO on 4 September 1996 Information The Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, H.E. Ambassador Robert H. Frowick will come to NATO Headquarters on 4 September 1996 to meet the Secretary General and to talk to the Council. The visit will begin at 09.45.
