Visit by the President of Armenia, Mr. Levon Ter-Petrossian, to NATO on 23 April 1996 Information The President of Armenia, Mr. Levon Ter-Petrossian, will come to NATO Headquarters on 23 April 1996 to meet the Secretary General.
