Visit by the Prime Minister of Belarus, Mr. Mikhail Chygir, to NATO on 26 March 1996 Information The Prime Minister of Belarus, Mr. Mikhail Chygir, will come to NATO Headquarters on 26 March 1996 to meet the Secretary General.
