Chapter 17: Standardization and Interoperability
NATO and PfP
1725. At the NATO Summit in January 1994, the
Alliance launched the Partnership for Peace Programme. This
programme created by NACC opens the way to strengthening and
deepening the cooperation with the countries participating in
this Partnership. The development and implementation of
common concepts, doctrines and procedures and the achievement of
the required levels in the fields of Operation, Armaments
related equipment, logistics and NATO C3 is one of the prime
priorities of the programme.
