Chapter 17: Standardization and Interoperability NATO Standardization Programme (NSP) 1724. The NSP, after endorsement by the Council, provides a coherent overview of the top priority SOs of the Alliance and the interrelationship between the SOs if applicable. The document enables the identification of duplication, overlaps or omissions in the work to be done.
