Chapter 10: Cooperative Logistics Specific PFP Activities 1045. The Council authorized NAMSA to render, on a reimbursable basis, technical assistance to Partner countries. The Agency has implemented this task as follows: Signing of Memoranda of Understanding with Partner (MOU) nations (1); Organization of logistic seminars, training and courses; Assistance in the field of NATO codification; and Offering to Partners its services as an international contracting element in support of IFOR/SFOR for food, fuel and services.
