Chapter 10: Cooperative Logistics NATO Project Steering Committees (NPSCs) 1017. NPSCs are established in accordance with procedures for cooperation in research, development and production of military equipment approved by the Council. They report to the Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD). There are 20 NPSCs (see Annex A to Chapter 9).
