The Future of Europe: Views from Outside

The XX Lisbon International Conference will focus on the major topics of the current "European debate: the parallel enlargement of the European Union and NATO, as well as the institutional reforms made necessary. The main focus will be to understand how these changes and the debate are perceived outside the European continent, namely by Europe's closest Mediterranean neighbours and in the Americas.

The Lisbon International Conference is sponsored by the Lisbon City Council, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and NATO's International Secretariat.
