Press Communiqué M-NAC-2(94)93 North Atlantic Council in Ministeral Session New York Sep. 29, 1994	Communiqué The North Atlantic Council met at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs in New York on 29 September 1994, under the presidency of the President d'Honneur, the Hon. Warren M. Christopher. Ministers invited Mr. Willy Claes, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium, to become Secretary General of the Organization and expressed great pleasure at Mr. Claes's acceptance.
