NATO Secretary General to visit the United States of America

NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg, will travel to Washington D.C. on Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 June 2021.

During his visit, the Secretary General will meet with the President of the United States of America, Mr. Joseph R. Biden, the Secretary of Defense, Mr. Lloyd Austin, the National Security Advisor Mr. Jake Sullivan, and members of the United States Congress.

Local time:

10:00  The Secretary General speaks at the Atlantic Council to preview the NATO Summit, including the NATO 2030 agenda and his vision for the future of the Alliance.  More information and live streaming available from the Atlantic Council.

11:00  The Secretary General meets with the Secretary for Defense of the United States, Lloyd J. Austin III, at the Pentagon.

16:30  The Secretary General meets with the President of the United States at the White House.
