NATO Secretary General to attend the Munich Security Conference

The NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg will attend the Munich Security Conference on Friday, 16 February and Saturday, 17 February 2018. The Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Rose Gottemoeller will also attend the event.

Mr. Stoltenberg will deliver a keynote speech in the Opening Session. Prior that day, he will deliver another keynote speech at a side-event hosted by the Federation of German Industries (BDI).

Ms. Gottemoeller will join a panel discussion on defence cooperations in the EU and NATO to be held on Friday afternoon.

In the margins of the Conference, the Secretary General will have bilateral meetings with various international officials.
