The NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ambassador Alexander Vershbow will deliver a keynote speech under Chatham House Rules at the Aspen Institute in Berlin on Thursday, 10 April 2014.

The title of the speech is “NATO After Crimea : Back to the future”.
