NATO Secretary General in Latvia

On Monday, 29 November 2021, the NATO Secretary General, Mr. Jens Stoltenberg will meet with the President of Latvia, Mr. Egils Levits, in Riga.

Mr. Stoltenberg will also visit the NATO enhanced Forward Presence (eFP) battlegroup at the Ādaži Military Base, together with Ms. Mélanie Joly, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Canada. They will be hosted by the Latvian Minister of Defence, Mr. Artis Pabriks.

The Secretary General is visiting Latvia between 28 November and 01 December 2021 to engage with senior officials, lead the Meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs, and give a speech at the high-level public conference “NATO’s Outlook Towards 2030 and Beyond.
