The completed form must be sent by e-mail to:

The candidate will receive an automatically generated acknowledgement of receipt. In the absence of this acknowledgement, candidates are encouraged to resend their application to ensure that it reaches its destination and can be taken into consideration.

U.S. applicants who wish to be hired by NATO on a reimbursable basis should send an email to USNATOPERSONNEL@state.gov for further information about that process.  The subject line of your email should read REIMBURSABLE.  NOTE:  Only selected A-grade postings are offered on a reimbursable basis. 

The NATO HQ Recruitment Office handles applications to join the International Staff of NATO in Brussels only. Any requests for information about other NATO bodies or agencies, or applications for positions there, must be sent directly to the body concerned. Please see the list of vacancies open at other NATO locations.

(Note that the Recruitment Service cannot answer enquiries about internships, summer jobs, scholarships or temporary employment, which are handled by a different office). Young graduates may wish to contact their national Delegations at NATO HQ for possible placements.
