Press Conference by COMSFOR / SFOR Media Accreditation

Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina - COMSFOR, Major General Virgil L. Packett II will give a press conference to provide an update on a number of SFOR-related issues at 14:30 local time, on the Wednesday 2 June 2004, at Camp Butmir. The press conference will be open only to SFOR accredited media. Interested media must be at the SFOR bus parked in front of the main gate of Camp Butmir at 14:00 p.m. for a security check. Timings are very tight thus anyone wishing to attend should be prompt.

In order to ensure that all those who wish to are able to attend, there will be an opportunity to update press accreditation following the international press conference at 1130 local time, on Tuesday 1 June 2004, at UNITIC Towers. Media wishing to update their details will need to provide a letter from their agency or organisation requesting accreditation, and bring with them their passport or ID card and 2 up-to-date passport sized photographs. Anyone who has been previously accredited should also bring their expired card but will only need to include one photograph. Point of contact will be WO Spiridon Tsagaros.
