Generalmajor Hans-Lothar Domröse
Generalmajor Hans-Lothar Domröse was born in HANNOVER in 1952.
After passing the Abitur certificate (university entrance qualification) in BRAUNSCHWEIG in 1973, he joined the Bundeswehr the same year, signing up as a temporary career-volunteer with Panzergrenadierbataillon 23 (Mechanized Infantry Battalion).
After his studies in economic science in HAMBURG and several officer assignments with Panzergrenadierbataillon 82, LÜNEBURG, he participated in the Command and General Staff Officer Course at the Federal Armed Forces Command and Staff College in HAMBURG lasting from 1984 to 1986.
This was followed by several staff and operational service assignments:

Generalmajor Domröse has been married since 1980. His wife Christina is a teacher. Their children Jesko and Nils are 24 and 19 years old, and they are students. The Domröse family lives in OLDENBURG.
