Від імені НАТО я найрішучіше засуджую терористичні акти, скоєні сьогодні у Багдаді. Я хотів би висловити від імені НАТО щирі співчуття іракському уряду, народу Іраку і сім'ям та близьким жертв цих кривавих нападів. Ця трагічна загибель і страждання людей ще раз вказують на страшну небезпеку, яку терористи несуть нам усім.
Таким боягузливим і безглуздим нападам не може бути виправдання. НАТО продовжуватиме свою співпрацю з Іраком у сфері підготовки іракських сил безпеки і спільній боротьбі проти зарази тероризму.
