03 Apr. 2013 - 05 Apr. 2013		'NATO’s approach to a rapidly changing Middle East and North Africa' On 3-5 April 2013, NATO Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy, Ambassador Dirk Brengelmann, participated in a Seminar on “Political and Security Changes in North Africa: implications for Peace and Co-operation in the Euro-Mediterranean and Transatlantic Regions” jointly organised by the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and the Parliament of the Kingdom of Morocco. On this occasion, Ambassador Brengelmann delivered the keynote speech on “NATO’s Approach to a Rapidly Changing MENA Region.”

The distinguished delegation, headed by Dr. Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah, President of the Moroccan Senate, included, among others, the first Vice President of the Chamber of Representatives and the President of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Chamber of Representatives.
05 Mar. 2013		Moroccan Minister Delegate for Foreign Affairs visits NATO Morocco’s Minister Delegate for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation visited NATO headquarters on Tuesday 5 March 2013 and was welcomed by NATO Deputy Secretary General Ambassador Alexander Vershbow. "This is the first time a minister from Morocco has visited the Alliance bilaterally, and it bears witness to our continued commitment to strengthen our political consultation and our practical cooperation," said Ambassador Vershbow.

The distinguished delegation, headed by Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud Ematt, Vice President of the National Assembly, included Senators and Deputies as well as university professors.
