19 Dec. 2012 - 20 Dec. 2012		Diplomats from the State of Qatar visit NATO HQ On 19 and 20 December, the Political Affairs and Security Policy Division received a delegation of Diplomats from the State of Qatar.
16 Nov. 2012		Young Arab Leaders from the UNAOC Fellowship Programme visit NATO On 16 November, the NATO Political Affairs and Security Policy Division organised a visit to NATO Headquarters for a group of young leaders from the Middle East and North Africa, who were visiting Brussels as part of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Fellowship Programme.
06 Nov. 2012 - 07 Nov. 2012		Visit to NATO HQ of the NATO Regional Cooperation Course (NRCC-8) On 6 and 7 November 2012, the NATO Regional Cooperation Course (NRCC) visited NATO Headquarters on a Field Study visit, organised by the Political Affairs and Security Policy Division (PASP).
03 Oct. 2012		Launch of Arabic Translation of the ''Compendium of Best Practices. Building Integrity and Reducing Corruption in Defence'' On 3 October 2012, the Swiss Mission to NATO organised, at NATO HQ, a ceremony on the occasion of the translation into Arabic of the “Compendium of Best Practices. Building Integrity and Reducing Corruption in Defence”. This ceremony gathered more than 50 participants including Permanent Representatives on the North Atlantic Council, as well as participants from NATO’s partnership programmes, the Euro-Atlantic Partnership for Peace, the Mediterranean Dialogue and the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative.

03 Apr. 2012 - 04 Apr. 2012		Diplomats from the Kingdom of Bahrain visit NATO On 3 and 4 April 2012, the NATO Political Affairs and Security Policy Division organised a visit to NATO Headquarters for a group of Bahraini diplomats, who were visiting Brussels as part of NATO’s public diplomacy activities under the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI).
01 Mar. 2012		Secretary General and Qatari Prime Minister discuss Partnership The NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen welcomed the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim Al-Thani at NATO Headquarters on 1 March 2012 and thanked him for the key role played by Qatar in NATO’s mission to protect the Libyan people in 2011. The Secretary General also thanked Qatar for the good practical cooperation with the Alliance and praised the active political dialogue between NATO and Qatar.
14 Feb. 2012		High level consultations on deeper partnerships in the Gulf region NATO permanent representatives met senior officials from Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, the four countries which are part of the Istanbul Cooperation Initiative (ICI), at a seminar at NATO HQ on February 14 to discuss ways to deepen their partnership ahead of NATO's Chicago Summit in May.
