The NATO Deputy Secretary General delivered a speech during the Public Diplomacy symposium, at the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), discussing NATO-Kuwait Relations in the Framework of NATO's Transformation.
During his visit, Ambassador Minuto Rizzo also had bilateral talks with the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah.
