Secretary General sets out vision for NATO post-2014
NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen set out his vision for the Alliance after the end of combat operations in Afghanistan in a speech to the Munich Security Conference on 2 February, focusing on the need to maintain readiness and capabilities.
