Press briefing

Wednesday 15th February 2012 - 14h00

The NATO Spokesperson will hold a press briefing in Luns Room (NATO HQ) on Wednesday 15th February 2012 at 14h00. She will be joined by Mr. Heiner Brauss, Deputy Assistant Secretary General, Defence Policy and Planning Division, who will provide a background update on Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS).

This briefing is NOT opened to television cameras.
The transcript will be provided on NATO website after the event.

Accreditation

Journalists holding a valid permanent NATO media pass will have access as for a Ministerial Meeting. Media representatives not in possession of a valid permanent NATO media pass and wishing to attend the event are invited to request accreditation directly at the main entrance of NATO, on 1st February, starting from 13h00. They will have to present an ID and a valid press card from a recognised national professional body.

Those media representatives not in possession of a valid national press card are invited to send a signed letter from their editor to NATO Press and Media Service, no later than Wednesday 1st February, 10h00 (fax +32.2707.1399; email: press@hq.nato.int ).
