"After the conclusion of the mission in Libya, NATO works on lessons identified to proceed in his continuous effort to meet at best today's challenges to the security scenario, in support of the International Community," said the Chairman, "keeping in mind the unpredictability and uncertainty of new arising threats."
During the debate following the speech, one of the main focus topic for the audience was the process, currently done by the NATO members, to join their efforts in addressing the security challenges in a multinational way, a sharing process called "Smart Defence" .
