Contributing to the establishment of an African Standby Force

02 Oct 2005 - SSgt James Flaniken, a loadmaster with the 37th Airlift Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany helps a Rwandan peacekeeper unload equipment from a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft deployed from Ramstein to the Sudan.
